PRINCE2 FOUNDATION AND PRACTITIONER
This PRINCE2® accredited e-Learning/Classroom course covers Foundation and Practitioner levels. The Official PRINCE2® Manual is recommended for Practitioner level preparation/study/qualification.
When you have completed your learning, options to take your certification exams are available at an extra cost. Exams can be given online/Paper based (using Webcam, microphone & valid ID or Test Centre ) or using remote proctor (for those who may not have web cams) this allows you to take the exam in the comfort of your own home at a convenient time without the need for a physical invigilator.
This is Ideal for candidates who may not have access to exam centres or those who may not be able to get to an exam centre. Please note that your exam must be taken while your training package is active we also require a minimum of 3 week’s notice to organize your online/ Paper based exam. All PRINCE2® e-Learning/Classroom based course and Exams are offered through PRINCE2® ATO (Accredited Training Organization) SPOCE Project Management Ltd.

PRINCE2 Processes
The seven PRINCE2 processes define the activities that are required to direct, manage and deliver the project successfully. The following processes run from pre-project, through initiation and delivery, up to and including project closure.

PRINCE2 Foundation Examination Key exam information:
• One hour long
• Closed book
• 75 multiple-choice questions (5 questions are not marked)
• 50% pass mark (35)
PRINCE2 Practitioner Examination Key exam information:
• Two and a half hours long
• Open book
• 80 multiple-choice questions
• 55% pass mark (44)
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
The 4-days PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner course is designed for project management professionals who have already taken and need to apply the method in-practice and who require the internationally recognised PRINCE2® registered practitioner status. It is also mandatory for anyone wishing to become a PRINCE2® consultant.
Pre – requisites :
No prerequisites are necessary for attendance, although delegates would benefit from some experience of working in projects prior to attending the PRINCE2 Foundation course.
